O & M – wedding session – Tatra Mountains

Spotkaliśmy się wcześnie rano na dworcu autobusowym w Krakowie. Sesja ślubna w Tatrach była ich marzeniem i jeszcze zanim zdecydowali, że będę ich fotografem ślubnym w ogóle, wiedzieliśmy, że w Tatry razem pojedziemy na pewno.

Około ósmej na pół śpiąc wyturlaliśmy się z autobusu w Zakopanem. Wszyscy troje z plecakami, w górskim obuwiu i ciepłych polarach. Do Marcinowego plecaka przytroczony wieszak z garniturem dyndał sobie wesoło. Plan był by wspiąć się do Murowańca i tam zostawić to, co najcięższe i najmniej potrzebne. Wymarzone piękne słońce przysłaniała gęsta mgła i z samych Tatr nie wiele było widać, jednak nie wpłynęło to ani na nasze humory, ani tym bardziej na plany. Nie mieliśmy wiele czasu, jedno popołudnie i poranek następnego dnia, ale to wystarczyło. Te zdjęcia to ogromna dawka ciepła i miłości, z wygłupami w tle. I długie rozmowy, za które dziękuję.

We met early in the morning at the bus station in Krakow. Wedding session in Tatra Mountains had been their dream since long time and even before they decided to have me as their wedding photographer in general, we’d known that we will go together to make this session.
It was around 8 o’clock when we arrived in Zakopane, still half aleep. All three of us with backpack, mountain shoes and warm fleece. A coat hanger with a wedding suit strapped for Marcin’s backpack was dangling cheerfully. The plan was to climb to Murowaniec (one of the mountain hostel in that region) and leave there what was heave and least needed. Beautiful shiny sun, which they had dreamed about was hidden under a thick white fog and it was almost impossible to see mountain peaks but it didn’t affect neither on our moods, nor plans. We didn’t have too much time, one afternoon and the next day morning, but it was enough. These pictures are a huge dose of warmth and love mingled with joy and fun. And long conversations, which I am gratefull for.
