It’s not easy to describe such a wedding in a few sentences. There were much love and a huge amount of good vibes and emotions. It’s no exaggeration to say that people from all over the world came to celebrate with Hillary and Fred. Everyone who supported them in their long-distance relationship was there. I enjoyed all the speeches as much as guests. I felt really lucky to be part of that day.
What I really enjoy in Copenhagen is that I can cycle wherever I need to. So did I on their wedding day. I needed 15 minutes of pedaling to meet Frederik in their flat and another 5 to join Hillary and her family. Hillary’s mom went down to the florist and bought out all the flowers they probably had. She put them all over the room so that I would have a more beautiful background for photos. Can you imagine?
I am totally enchanted with them. How they look at each other, how they appreciate each other! Family and friends call their relationship a fairytale. I definitely felt as a part of a magic story.

Jak opisać ten ślub w kilku zdaniach? Nie przesadzę pisząc, że goście zjechali z całego świata, by świętować z młodymi. Każdy, kto wspierał ich kilkuletni związek na odległość, był tego dnia z nimi.
Uwielbiam Kopenhagę za to, że wystarczy wsiąść na rower, by dojechać gdziekolwiek dusza zapragnie. Po raz pierwszy jechałam na rowerze fotografować ślub 😉 Wystarczyło 15 minut pedałowania by podejrzeć przygotowującego się Freda i kolejne 5 by spotkać się z Hillary i jej bliskimi. Pod mieszkaniem, które wynajęli rodzice panny młodej była kwiaciarnia. Mama zeszła tam tego ranka i wykupiła chyba wszystkie kwiaty, jakie mieli na stanie. Porozstawiała je po mieszkaniu tylko po to, bym miała piękniejsze tło do zdjęć. Wyobrażacie sobie? Przy czym mieszkanie urządzone w najlepszym wydaniu skandynawskiego stylu nawet puste zrobiłoby na mnie wrażenie.
Jestem nimi totalnie zauroczona. Piękna Hillary i wpatrzony w nią Frederik. Jak oni na siebie patrzą, ile w tych spojrzeniach jest zachwytu! Rodzina i przyjaciele nazywają ich związek bajką. Coś w tym jest, czułam się tego dnia, jakbym była częścią pięknej baśni.
